Privacy Policy

How the Lumiverse website handles contact enquiries, technical logs and optional analytics.

Last updated: July 2026

This policy describes how Lumiverse Dynamic (“Lumiverse”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information submitted through this website. The business details in config/site.php should be completed and this draft should be reviewed against the final services, tracking tools and legal requirements before launch.

Information we receive

When you use a contact or emergency form, we may receive your name, email address, company, website, selected service, preferred timeframe and the message you choose to send. Please do not include passwords, payment-card data or other unnecessary confidential information in a normal website form.

The server may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser user agent, request time and security logs for operation, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Why we use the information

  • To respond to an enquiry and understand the requested work.
  • To assess an urgent website or security incident.
  • To protect the website and forms against abuse, spam and automated attacks.
  • To maintain records related to proposals, projects and support where a business relationship develops.
  • To understand website use when optional analytics have been accepted.

Email delivery

Contact-form messages are sent to mail@lvdynamic.com. The submitted email address is used as the Reply-To address so Lumiverse can respond. Email transmission is not an appropriate channel for passwords or highly sensitive credentials.

Cookies and optional tracking

The website includes a privacy-first tracking system. Non-essential tracking is disabled in the supplied package and can be enabled through config/site.php. When consent is required, tracking snippets placed in the /tracking/ files are not executed until the visitor accepts them.

A consent cookie may store whether optional tracking was accepted or rejected. Essential session cookies may also be used to secure contact forms and prevent cross-site request forgery.

Retention and sharing

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, project, legal obligations, security or legitimate business records. Information may be processed by hosting, email or professional service providers when necessary to operate the website and business. Lumiverse does not sell contact-form information.

Your rights and questions

Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. To ask a privacy question, contact mail@lvdynamic.com.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, tracking configuration, service providers or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown at the top of the page.
